Fall foliage in The Great North Woods has been named The First in the Nation because we peak earlier than anywhere else in the country. The best part? There is no traffic or crowded lines of people viewing the gorgeous leaves changing colors. We are located in an area that is known for outdoor adventure in a remote, unspoiled setting. When visiting us, you will be far enough away to be able to disconnect and enjoy the great outdoors while also having access to hotels, dining and other activities in town.

Off-Roading through Fall Foliage
Driving a Polaris RZR this time of year is a totally new perspective on fall foliage viewing. You can ride through the forested trails of Pittsburg, New Hampshire and along the lumbering path of the Connecticut River. While off-roading, you will see majestic farmland vistas and rugged mountain peaks. You can also adventure on the Ride the Wilds trail system, offering 1,000+ miles of atv trails across Coos County in northern New Hampshire. The trails are maintained by local atv clubs, ensuring you will have a safe and enjoyable ride.
On-Road Experience
Slide into the bucket seats of our state-of-the-art Polaris Slingshot and embark on the Three-Notch tour. You will start out with the Dixville Notch and then head towards Pinkham Notch while breathing in the cool and crisp mountain air. Once you arrive at Pinkham Notch, you will have a picturesque view of Mt. Washington. You will then cruise to Crawford Notch and we highly recommend stopping at the iconic Mt. Washington Hotel for a bite to eat. You can also visit two of the grand hotels in New Hampshire, the Omni Mt. Washington and the Mountain View Grand in Whitefield. Be sure to stop for a photo at the 45th Parallel, the halfway point between the equator and the North Pole!
In addition to our on-road and off-road experiences, we also offer a Signature Tent Series. You can now fully immerse yourself into everything the North Country has to offer, from renting a top-of-the-line Polaris vehicle, exploring thousands of miles of trails, camping in a unique tent fully equipped with all of the essentials, to waking up the next day to do it all again.
