• ATV Trail access directly from your campsite
• DO NOT leave food out, any food left out can attract animals to your campsite – any excess food should be placed in your car.
• No electricity or running water available on site
• Quiet hours at campsites is 10:00pm – 7:00am

Cancellation Policy:

ALL reservation cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of the booking date to receive a refund minus a 20% processing fee or may opt for a full credit to be used at Bear Rock Adventures for rentals, camp sites & lodging within the same calendar year. If a reservation is canceled within 72 hours prior to reservation start time, full payment will be completely forfeited. No exceptions.

Change Policy:

Changes to reservations must be made prior to the 72 hour cancellation period. We encourage our guests to maintain their reservations, but understand  this is not always possible. We offer a one time courtesy change. After this onetime change a $50 service fee will be charged for each change. Reservation arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window.

No Show Policy:

Reservations for any lodging accommodations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival.

Reservations for all rental units (ATV & Snowmobile) between 2 and 8 hours will be held for the length of the reservation. Multi-day rental reservations will be held for a maximum of 24 hours.

 No shows will result in a canceled reservation and full payment will be completely forfeited

*The fun continues rain or shine. Credits or Refunds are not given due to discomfort of nature.

Property Damage & Cleanliness Policy:

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Bear Rock Camping/Lodging’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card for all damages occurred.

Check In: 3:00pm

All renters will receive instructions & campsite information texts the day of your reservation

Nightly Stay: Any reservations that are solely a rental of the campsite can opt for Self Check In and will be sent instructions via text the day of check in.

Play & Stay Package: All Play & Stay package reservations are mandatory to Check In at the Camp Office. When you arrive, a Bear Rock team member will walk you through the waiver process & safety procedures for the rental machine. Once finished, you can drive both your Polaris OHRV rental & personal vehicle directly to the campsites which are located roughly 1 mile away.

Play & Stay packages are time sensitive bookings, any arrival after the camp office closes will NOT be permitted to pick up your Polaris Side by Side rental until the next morning.

8:00am – 5:00pm

Check Out: 10:30am

Nightly Stay: Any reservations that are solely a rental of the campsite can opt for Self Check Out – check out time is 10:30am

Play & Stay Package: All Play & Stay package reservations are mandatory to Check Out at the Camp Office. A Bear Rock team member will greet you at the Camp Office & will go through a thorough overview of the Polaris OHRV rental machine for return.
