Welcome to Bear Rock Lodging | Basecamp – a luxurious first floor apartment unit that is completely redesigned & outfitted for the perfect NH getaway. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern- rustic styled apartment is set up for a large family or group. This beautiful & spacious unit is meticulously designed to keep you excited to return to your New Hampshire vacation rental home after a long day of exploring. The unit has direct trail access & is walking distance to the most popular bar/restaurant in Pittsburg, the Buck Rub Pub.

Cancellation Policy:
ALL reservation cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of the booking date to receive a refund minus a 20% processing fee or may opt for a full credit to be used at Bear Rock Adventures for rentals, camp sites & lodging within the same calendar year. If a reservation is canceled within 72 hours prior to reservation start time, full payment will be completely forfeited. No exceptions.
Change Policy:
Changes to reservations must be made prior to the 72 hour cancellation period. We encourage our guests to maintain their reservations, but understand this is not always possible. We offer a one time courtesy change. After this onetime change a $50 service fee will be charged for each change. Reservation arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window.
No Show Policy:
Reservations for any lodging accommodations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival.
Reservations for all rental units (ATV & Snowmobile) between 2 and 8 hours will be held for the length of the reservation. Multi-day rental reservations will be held for a maximum of 24 hours.
No shows will result in a canceled reservation and full payment will be completely forfeited
*The fun continues rain or shine. Credits or Refunds are not given due to discomfort of nature.
Property Damage & Cleanliness Policy:
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Bear Rock Camping/Lodging’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card for all damages occurred.

Welcome to Bear Rock Lodging | Bear Peak, a spacious upstairs apartment unit with 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Centrally located in the middle of Pittsburg with easy access to restaurants, gas, stores and all the beauty of the vast North Country. Direct trail access from your doorstep for both Snowmobiles & ATVs, with plenty of parking for machines, cars and trailers alike. Hike, fish, hunt, ride, shop or simply kick back & relax with our new Bear Rock Lodge vacation rental in New Hampshire.
