The Cabin

Plus, Colebrook’s multiple dining and shopping options are only 20 minutes away. If you’re journeying to the North Country for ATV and snowmobile riding, The Cabin also offers direct trail access. Within seconds you can discover everything Pittsburg NH snowmobiling and ATVing has to offer.

Cancellation Policy:
ALL reservation cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of the booking date to receive a refund minus a 20% processing fee or may opt for a full credit to be used at Bear Rock Adventures for rentals, retail, campsites & lodging within the same calendar year. Any reservation created online will be subject to third-party online booking fees & taxes that are non-refundable. If a reservation is canceled within 72 hours prior to reservation start time, full payment will be completely forfeited. No exceptions.
Change Policy:
Changes to reservations must be made more than 72 hours in advance of your booking. We’d love for our guests to maintain their reservations, but we understand that issues can arise unexpectedly. For this reason, we offer a one-time courtesy change free of charge. Further rescheduling will result in a $50 service fee applicable to each change. Reservation arrival and departure dates may not be changed within the cancellation window (72 hours prior to your arrival).
No Show Policy:
Reservations for all lodging and accommodations will be held until check out (11:00am) on the day after your scheduled arrival.
ATV and snowmobile rentals between two to eight hours will be held to the end of the reservation. Multi-day vehicle rentals will be held for a maximum of 24 hours after their scheduled start.
No shows will result in a canceled reservation, and payment will not be refunded.
Keep in mind that regardless of rain, shine, snow, sleet, wetness, or wind, the fun never stops at Bear Rock—accordingly, refunds will not be issued on the account of weather.
Property Damage & Cleanliness Policy:
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying any damage to the property or structure caused by deliberate, negligent, or reckless behavior. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to charge the guest’s credit/debit card for all damages incurred.
