• Reservations: All heavy equipment reservations are call only bookings
• Insurance: Renter must provide proof of liability insurance prior to reserving rental machine. If renter does not have a liability insurance policy, renter must opt for Short term Rental Equipment Protection by Rental Shield at an extra cost. This link will be provided at time of reservation. (Price varies dependent on machine & length of rental)
• Delivery: If renter opts for delivery of the machine, this delivery location must be agreed upon with a Bear Rock Team Member – delivery is not available for any location out side of the 25 mile radius from our main office. Delivery is also not available out side of the state of New Hampshire.

• Self Pick Up: If renter opts for self pick up, the person picking up the machine is required to have a CDL license and 10 ton trailer.

Cancellation Policy:

ALL reservation cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of the booking date to receive a refund minus a 20% processing fee or may opt for a full credit to be used at Bear Rock Adventures for rentals, camp sites & lodging within the same calendar year. If a reservation is canceled within 72 hours prior to reservation start time, full payment will be completely forfeited. No exceptions.

Change Policy:

Changes to reservations must be made prior to the 72 hour cancellation period. We encourage our guests to maintain their reservations, but understand  this is not always possible. We offer a one time courtesy change. After this onetime change a $50 service fee will be charged for each change. Reservation arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window.
